No exotic after completing campaign on Legendary on my second character
Completed the campaign on my Titan on Legendary. Game history on Bungie's site show it was run on Legendary. No exotic. I guess I was Bungoed.

Just throwing it out there… On the final mission, did you actually go in and select legendary? Because it was automatically switching to normal when selecting the campaign and launching it although all other missions kept the difficulty a player picked. Thus not rewarding the exotic armor piece. I have no clue if this has been patched or what difficulty is listed once completed.
