Cannot redeem Syndicate Rank Up reward, "Requires Witch Queen"
As per title, I cannot redeem my Totality Division rank up rewards because it says "Requires Destiny 2: The Witch Queen", if I click on the engram it just takes me to the "Witch Queen: Get it now" pop-up.

I own Renegades but I do not own Witch Queen on Steam, but I played through it when it was free a few years ago.
