Armament protocol Bugged.
Good afternoon, I have the armament protocol quest step one of one to find Devrim Kay in the tower. He is no longer there, I cannot delete the quest. Furthermore, I am unable to participate in the drawing due to the above error. Any clue how to fix this?

While the team is aware of this issue and looking into it, we've seen reports that you should still be able to interact with Eva and progress the Dawning quest, so please try doing so. If you're unable to, though, please let us know.
