HOW TF DO I GET AN EXOTIC CONTRACT?????

Why is the drop rate for that as bad as the Cyan Crystal? Why is that even required? I simply don't get them. Period. Others have gotten over 100. Please explain.

I thought Bungie's daily bounties were supposed to generate based on the players loadout and activity? Why is it I PvP all the time when I do PvE?
