Me and My Shadow Triumph bugged
To whomever is reading this,
I recently completed the Equilibrium dungeon completely solo and without returning to orbit at all, however the grind took 8 and a half hours long. During this the game quickly black screened me at 2:30 (CST) before immediately wiping me and setting me back into the encounter. Confused I continued my boss attempts until FINALLY killed him, but unfortunately the triumph did not complete when I killed the boss.
I hope this can be resolved WITHOUT needing to redo the dungeon solo- because I am extremely f***ing tired 😭.

Disconnections and black screen -> respawns etc are counted the same as you intentionally leaving. You'll have to redo it from the beginning as Bungie won't manually issue the triumph.
