Hello again, Upon reaching week 2 of no weekly shipments popping up, being hinted at, or anything, I looked through my quests and noticed Territorial Profit had 0% on both status bars. This is strange as I've been playing a ton of lawless frontiers, doing priority contracts, and turning in hundreds of ingots for rep gain with all three vendors. I'm guessing this quest is required to get the weekly shipment? If not, weeklies are still bugged for me. If it is, then the quest is bugged for me and will not progress.
