Can't upgrade armor
I am a new player and currently stuck unable to upgrade my armor as it keeps saying "Required Guardian Rank 3" which I am.

Do the 'Modify Armor' Guardian Rank triumph. (Guardian Rank -> Gear Modification -> Modify Armor) The text is just to tell you that you have to be GR3 to be able to do it.
