where are the baking bounties for bright dust?
my only reason for doing dwning waas massive dust drop.. cant buy ornaments sets now.

Gone. They take abetting away from us. I still don’t see the advantage to the new armor sets. They could’ve just reworked our and added the ability to upgrade to the higher stat. I’m extremely disappoint.

3 RepliesSo dumb. Glad my time is spent not playing D2 rn. They are currently holding at the numbers they were at when the new exotic mission dropped on popularity.report, and they will lose more as time goes on. Learn, FIX, and improve for what WE want, not for whatever reason you think we want.

They could've just left them in the game but they intentionally went ahead and removed them. They also removed weapon focusing for some stupid reason. At this point I don't even think its incompetence anymore just malice.

Bungie, please restore the Bright Dust Dawning Bounties / Contracts / Orders. Did you really think we wouldn't notice?

I couldn't care less about bright dust. Not having bounties takes away direction from this event. I play during winter break each year for a relaxing time baking cookies...but I need the game to tell me what cookies to bake and to give me the little ding noise of the reward. Otherwise it's directionless.

20 RepliesThe bright dust drops still exist... those are the dailies and weekly. And the repeatable cookie bounties only dropped what 15 BD? Cost glimmer. Common Orders give 10 and cost you nothing and are completely unlimited.

The process was simplified with the portal. Instead of visiting several NPCs, collecting ingredients, and finding formulas, BUNGIE decided you can just simply visit Tess and buy silver.

Orders, seasonal pass and weekly and daily challenges give you plenty. I got all 3 sets and still have thousands left.

The bounties that only gave 10 dust each? Yeah those are long gone. Good riddance.

4 RepliesBungie has created a consistent & straight-forward way of earning Bright Dust, by doing the "Orders" on your season hub tab. The Dawning is now like all other "Events" (Solstice, Festival, etc)... they each have their own Event-specific weapons, which you can earn by doing the activity or task associated with said event. For The Dawning, the task is to bake & deliver cookies. You can now earn whatever ingredients you want, no bounty necessary. Once you deliver the cookies, you get a gift in return that either gives you 5 Tier weapons, or Dawning Spirit which can be used to purchase Dawning engrams for 5 Tier weapons.
