Weekly shipments bugged??
Last week I believe I picked the pikers and grabbed my two out of three weekly shipments. I left the small one because the rewards weren’t even worth me, pressing square over it. Fast forward new week I aligned with
“Totally division” make sure I did all my contracts so that I can get all three shipments. Here we are on reset. I’m being told to pick up my weekly shipment, but I can’t because last week shipment from when I was aligned with the pikers is still sitting there. Can’t claim anything.

By any chance, if you align with the Pikers and grab the older shipment, does this cause your new ones to arrive? If this seeming issue persists, then please consider recording a short video of what you're experiencing. If you record such a video, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, and share a link to it here. We'll then investigate.
