From what we understand, it should be possible to reacquire it via the cantina on Tharsis. If you find you cannot, then you may wish to check whether you can get it back from the abandoned quests kiosk at the Tower. If you find that you cannot reacquire it from either source, then please consider using your platform's share feature to capture a videoclip which demonstrates you don't have the quest in your log, and can't reacquire it. You can upload any footage you record to a media-hosting site, and link us to it here. We'll then investigate.
