Bug Report: Applying weaken does not activate Loose Change perk on Mida Mini tool (video included)
When using my tier-5 mida mini tool, applying weaken to an enemy does not activate loose change. Applying other debuffs will activate it and applying weaken using a different gun that has loose change will activate it, but weaken will not activate it on the mida mini tool.
