Lightning Grenades and Void Spikes cannot stick to shielded enemies

Issue:
Lightning Grenade and Void Spike can stick to enemies. However, they cannot stick to enemies that have a shield.
Reproduction Steps:
1. Equip Lightning Grenade on an Arc subclass, or equip Void Spike on a Void subclass.
2. Throw a Lightning Grenade/Void Spike at an enemy that currently has a shield.
Actual Result:
The Lightning Grenade/Void Spike will bounce off of the enemy.
Expected Result:
Lightning Grenade/Void Spike will stick to the shielded enemy instead of bouncing off. This behaviour would be consistent with other enemy-sticking abilities like [b]Tripmine[/b] (Which works very similarly to Lightning Grenade) or Magnetic Grenade.
