Tone down hand canons in pvp
The Last Word is making Comp Collision unplayable. The range on tlw should be cut in half. The range and accuracy on other hand cannons should be toned down a little in pvp.

1 ReplyIm of the opinion that many weapon types need a range nerf. I still think the range normalization was the worst change they've ever made for pvp.
