I've always wondered why there isn't something that shows the actual percentage gains for mods & perks. I know I'm not alone either & regardless of the reasons behind why this doesn't exists, after a decade I think someone could take some time & figure out how to fix this irritating section of Destiny; especially considering what a big part of the game a player's build is. Knowing the real resistance percentage or damage buff without having to find it online or try, do the research & math in game or memorize it from whatever you may figure out over time would save me so much time when I'm trying to build into a new artifact or activity. So many games have numerical values. This game is hard enough to understand for new players as is & as a veteran player since the launch of D1, I can honestly say that it's still not that clear to me. If a resistance mod cost three instead of two you'd think it would be better, but it's just different. Sure it covers a wider variety of damage, but it's still not necessary worth three points. The stacking of mods really needs clearly stated values too. Maybe once they decide to pick a system & stick with it, instead of changing the mods & perks with each expansion, they will take the time to fix the this annoyance, one hopes... 🙂🖖🏼 If anyone thinks this makes since, please share it with Bungie.

Occasionally they do give us numbers and then someone tests the numbers and figures out they are wrong. It's like a big interconnected puzzle in which you change one variable and it ends up having a bunch of unintended side effects. So they probably don't even always know 100% what the numbers are themselves.
