Shards & Prisms
Since EoF, I seem to consistently have too many ascendant shards and not enough enhancement prisms. Would be good to rebalance their frequency/amount for track and activity rewards. Or letting us break down shards into prisms would be ideal.

It's still possible to turn shards into prisms by pulling blue armour from collections, masterworking it and then dismantling it, for a net conversion of one shard into three prisms.
