Has anybody noticed how certain abilities just cease to function at high octane/entity environments? This is more a problem with ability spam and apotheosis, but abilities seem to break when there's too many things happening in the game. Arc slide either won't activate or do the animation but no attack appears, threadlings don't spawn, supers activate but don't work (i.e the animation plays for song of lame but you stay in a non super state while the bar ticks down) and the sort

Definitely happens. Not often for me but the haunted altars made it happen a lot more than normal.
