Theirbiggest mistake was not making a D3. Mixing the storylines after Final Shape has just made it impossibly confusing for newcomers. Until the onboarding for new players isn't an absolute disaster and convoluted mess, this game will never recover or garnish any significant number of new players. The mismanagement and total lack of perspective is woefully apparent. No "survey" or free vactions for streamers to have a "summit" is going to compensate for that. P.S. Youtubers and streamers are NOT your player base Bungie. Get this simple fact through your leaderships' thick skulls, please.
