Has anyone seen it?
I swear after the update he might have been thrown into the backrooms. 🤣

1 Reply4 times in a week and a half. I ran saltmines daily and about 90% of what I'd play. Not only do you have to kill the hvt to get a 1% score, you have to complete it under 6 mins. I finished in 5:52.

I saw him once. I went down to power level 400 so I could work on a catalyst for an exotic. It is the one and only time I saw him.

I've only seen it a few times but every time I do once I start attacking it it just straight up ghosts right through the wall and I can't find it can't kill it... stupid

I've had it like once and it's the only reason my Salt Mine score is sat where it is right now. Kinda freaked out a little because it was on my Titan where I was testing out a new Solar build with the bonk hammer exotic and I just dumped my entire super and a fully fuelled Dragon's Breath rocket on it in an effort to make sure he didn't escape and then somehow still finished with nearly two minutes spare? Only time I had it, not had it since. Pretty much the only reason I decided to push myself for the helmet and work with some guardians with the most terrible modifiers ever on Pricing Grounds to get that score up. Now I'm sat pretty over 100 points.

6 RepliesMake sure you kill all the ads in the small tunnel after the second room, before the big drop down where the HVT is at the bottom. FYI: sometimes he hangs up the hill a bit on the RHS near where the ad portal is.

Either it'll be in the open, or take a peak in the cave to your right instead of immediately turning left to the 3rd room. Sometimes it's just standing there. Try to kill it in like 10 seconds. It flees pretty quick. I've gotten it quite a few times now. Try to also have at least 6 minutes 40 seconds left of your timer so you can get up there in the 1%. That was my fastest time and I'm sitting at a score of 3,408,914. I swear every additional second adds like 1000-1500 extra points.
