HVT RNG
Just spent 90 minutes in the salt mines and did not get the HVT once. Did I miss a patch note where they took it out or something? Do I need to do something special to make him spawn?

It wasn't taken out (no pun intended), it's a ridiculously low chance of spawning and that's not even accounting for them tping straight to the end of their journey after 15s or something stupid.
