I didn't check if the same thing happens on Drang since both can have the same origin trait and frenzy, I just don't like 300rpm sidearms and never kept one single Drang this season. But It just doesn't work if you have both selected going into a fight, if you change to (RoB) mid fight when you have frenzy already active it works fine until you lose frenzy, then it just doesn't let it reactivate no matter what unless you change origin traits and let frenzy reactivate before swapping back to (RoB).
