300 more vault spaces, is that enough Hoarders?
No, won't be long before people start posting 1000 isn't enough, because they have 50 of the same auto rifle with 0 kills between them
My negativity out of the way, it's actually more than I expected, I expected a 100 space band-aid, I am pleasantly surprised
I like to mix/match armor set bonuses, and now I can feel my vault with different archtypes of different armor sets
And I don't have delete my Curse year 1 scout rifle with 10k kills, or my Pluperfect or Ghalrans(which I wouldn't have anyway, even if we only had 20 spaces)

No, actually. This is just kicking the can down the road. As they introduce more armor sets with bonuses, the different archetypes, etc. we are quickly going to run out of space again. The real solution is two fold: 1) Make ergo and exotic class items craftable. 2) Store everything in collections. All weapon rolls you have ever obtained should be sent to collections. Hover over each weapon to open a drop down menu and access the roll you want from those you have previously unlocked.

Is 1000 enough? Probably for most people. I was actually excited to see what "fix" they were coming up with before they said, na, heres more space. Genuinely had no idea how they would fix the "we need MORE" issue. And no salt to those who do want more. Just how do you fix that without eventually being infinite?

There are so many different armor sets, so many different stat combos i want for different builds… times that by 3 different characters… No. No its not enough. I want more. Do i [i]need[/i] more? No. But i certainly [i]want[/i] more.

I can say in some conditions it is needed more space than rest of them. When you have 3 different classes so you need to keep exotic Armors of each class but if you have only 1 character or 3 characters of same class then you need less space because it’s only for 1 class. Of course this could be fix easy such as once you acquire an exotic Armors make it reclaimable with the saved gear power level and its rolls but that won’t happen. Or give us a separate vault for only exotic armors. And exotic weapons when you upgrade with a higher power level weapon make it reclaimable with that same power level that will remove the part where you need to keep recent power level exotic weapons but again that won’t happen. Other than that Hordes are at fault for not cleaning and keeping multiple copies. And to some who are new need to be properly explained how to keep that clean them self, often i see when someone helping in this issue they keep doing it for the other person over and over again instead of teaching them to do it them self.

Also Its just starting with 300 with Renegades, they're still looking at adding more later on, so expect that one to be more like the 100 you were expecting this one to be. Only so much they can change until they say it can't happen anymore before it begins impacting other things too much (ie vault load times). That might start being the plan for D2 if things get desperate. 2 RepliesIt's a great buffer. More is coming. What I'm running into... are the lack of archetype and affinity overlaps. I'd like to see a huge drop of legendaries next year. 2. The other factor is, it's hard to break down weapons and you get virtually nothing. 99.9% of my weapons are enhanced or crafted... I get glimmer. Returns should be better. Then I care less. I'm on the bubble... I was good most of the 6 months until I realized the value of collecting armor in order to be able to build any kit you want on demand with the stat priorities and set bonuses to best compliment. My vault has 20 spots now, lol. And I want to farm for my Titan, but I don't have the space. I'm thinking about breaking down most of my crafted weapons... but I'm wavering back and forth. 😇👍💠

2 RepliesProbably wont be enough regardless, if you have your personal god roll T5, you shouldn't need 5 copies of that same weapon anyways. I do not know why people are doing that

1 ReplyThey’re actually updating the sorting system and adding a duplicates category. So you can just select that and delete dupes you don’t use, which is probably most people’s main issue.
