Salt Mines High Value Target Will NOT Spawn!!!
I’ve ran this stupid solo mission more times than I care to admit. I’ve scored nearly 3M points and I have seen the high value target literally ONCE!!! I did not clear the mission the one time he showed up. I’m barely holding onto top 1% and I can’t even get this stupid add to spawn. FIX THIS ASAP!

Close to 60 retry, cant get him, either he dont spawn or he spawn but blink and disappear, each time i bonk him like 10% left he blink and they game wont let u chance him, just gone. Utter bs mechanics.
