Question: Is there a soft cap to match scoring in Zone Control for the Call to Arms event?
Now why am I asking such a crazy question? Because of this score number:
13,655.
That is exactly 1 point from the currently listed threshold of 13,656 as of this post. And the thing is... I have seen this same number A LOT at the end of my matches, even ones where I get 20-kill streaks, a multikill of 6, play the zones and end with a player score stat of 80+, all in the same match with NO Mercy Rule (a full match). ALSO AT 550 POWER before the upcoming fix. I've seen this number too much, like there's just no deviation at all.
I'm not posting this to brag about my sweatiness or anything, but what do I got to do to get just 1 more point? I'm really questioning the system here. Why do I keep seeing the number 13,655???
UPDATE: I just got done playing a match I definitely did less on and somehow I ended up with a 14,248 match score. I didn't do anything better, but definitely worse instead. Besides that, everything else about this match compared to what I described above wasn't much different either. Even the player skill levels seemed roughly the same. What did I do??? Is it about doing the best in multiple match stat categories? Is that how it works? But shoutouts to Vulpecula, the Season of the Lost hand cannon with Killing Wind and Adagio. That hand cannon has definitely surprised me and put in some amazing work lately for a 180 RPM one.
