Can customer service help with restoring the account?
I am a Chinese player who has played for 1,000 hours. Want to enable cross-platform save feature on the Epic platform ；The Epic platform doesn't have any game characters. Due to an operational mistake, the blank game save from the Epic platform was overwritten onto Steam, causing my gaming progress to reset and all three game characters to be deleted. Can the official support help me restore my save? My game character is 野花#5095

1 ReplyEdited by BNGHelp3: 11/14/2025 9:51:56 AMHey there, if you've set cross-save up incorrectly, then you just need to disable it - the Steam characters have not been deleted, they are just currently dormant and inaccessible while cross-save is set up. Disabling cross-save will make the Steam characters playable on Steam once more. If there is a cooldown involved, unfortunately these are mandatory, they cannot be reduced nor bypassed. Bungie will not adjust anyone's cross-save or linkages under any circumstances.
