Please add an in-game accessible feedback and survey feature.
Many gacha games actually excel in this regard (primarily for monetization purposes). I believe Destiny should implement a similar system. While I recognize that Bungie's current community forums, companion app, and email surveys serve related functions, none provide an integrated in-game feedback mechanism that allows players to quickly and voluntarily share their thoughts. I'm convinced many players never seek out external feedback channels. These individuals constitute the vast majority. Even combined, the number of users posting on Bungie forums, Twitter, and Reddit likely wouldn't match this silent majority.
Some games successfully incentivize survey participation by offering in-game currency rewards. Destiny 2 should adopt this approach, using appealing incentives to gather more comprehensive feedback. For instance, near the end of each season, players could receive an in-game survey completable without leaving the game. The timing being crucial and best determined by the development team. If technical constraints prevent this, at minimum provide a direct redirect link. Completing the survey could grant participants a modest amount of Bright Dust.
This isn't meant to replace existing feedback channels, but rather to serve as a vital supplement. Engaging players who primarily focus on gameplay rather than external community platforms, thereby encouraging them to share insights with the dev team.
