People like making builds, so why do you make it difficult to get the armor needed for the build to drop
What use is attunement and the ghost mod to get certain types of armor, when you have a better chance of getting what you want if you turned attunement and mods off. It would be nice if the armor I try to attune would be the only thing dropping with the armorer mod on ghost being the only type. Sure, I get it you're trying to get more people to play more often and longer, but how's that working out for you? The grind isn't fun to get the builds you want so you can play the activities that you really enjoy playing. You've shot yourself in the foot with that strategy and you're too stubborn to admit you made a mistake, but the player count don't lie Bungie.

I know BL4 isnt a live service game, but the loot drops you get from that and relative ease of making crazy OP builds vs. Destiny is staggering.

They equate TORTURING their community with "player retention". They obviously don't know how to take a hint. They too busy kissing the backside of Youtubers to listen to the MAJORITY that have lives and don't suck the teet to monetize content and sit in front of a computer all day.

It is the winning formula for corporate gaming... carrot on a stick to keep what you want just out of reach until you exhaust yourself and then it's a RNG slot machine for you to get beat by the stick or get a sad funky flavored carrot...

RNG? It worked for me and my problem is rather lack of vault space when storing every possible armour variant per set. Meanwhile I am dismantling double drops for glimmer. Anyway, good luck farming.
