Nerf acd/0 feedback in pvp...
When a passive freebie exotic piece nullifies other players ability it's broken. It's absolutely bonkers that a titan can get a exotic that prevents them from dying in a melee battle.... they punch first, you counter and die cause freebie dmg on a exotic. Liars handshake atleast require you to hit ro get an advantage...

You have a gun, shoot them, it does nothing to stop bullets

Just reduce or remove the melee damage resistance the user gets and the problem is solved. It's literally strong enough to withstand a light and heavy attack from a super (Spectral Blade), something I don't think any other super or defensive exotic is capable of doing, especially with a price as low as 1 or 2 punches.
