Xenology Quest
OK, trying to progress in Guardian Ranks, but Rank 8 requires the Xenology exotic quest from Xur in the tower. Not sure how to pick that up when Xur doesn't have a quest listed when I visit using any of my characters.
Is there a prerequisite I'm missing?
