Looks like a fun new titan exotic. Probably tied to the melee or class ability charge.
Hunter exotic is just permanent over shield unless there’s a trigger condition that was unmentioned. Doesn’t really fit the hunter identity nor does hunter have any synergy with void OS.
Very odd that titans get a movement exotic and hunters get a tank exotic. Not really aligned with your pledge to preserver class identity.
Warlock rift suspends now, which is cool? Kinda just seems like a worse version of the titan barricade and hunter slam though. And then suspended targets will take damage overtime. If this includes every suspend, it could be pretty good with the nade aspect, but also necrotic does that already? Idk, this one seems like a bust.

Warlock Details
While a Strand Super is equipped, casting Rift will suspend nearby combatants. Suspend deals damage over time, healing you in the process. Combatants who break free from suspension suffer additional damage. Defeating suspended targets heals you a moderate amount.
Titan Details
Gain an air move jetpack. Weapon and Arc powered melee final blows build up Jetpack Fuel. Activate your jetpack while airborne with a forceful blast of exhausting Arc energy, then fly forward based on the amount charged. Collide with a combatant to unleash a blinding blast of energy and gain a temporary bonus to your melee stat.
Hunter Details
After landing a final blow while at full health, or when out of combat for an extended duration, your shields will recharge into an overshield.
When you have any overshield, your weapons gain increased accuracy, stability, handling, and damage against combatants, and final blows will grant a short period of increased mobility once the overshield is depleted.
The full descriptions make the warlock and hunter exotics seem pretty strong. Still disagree with the choice to give Hunter a tank focused exotic though.

5 RepliesTitans can fly more. Hunters get more free overshield. And Warlocks get Strand Vesper of Radius. The Warlock exotics always seem the most underwhelming.

5 RepliesWell last time titans got an “overshield tank exotic” it got nerfed to oblivion. I do agree it’s weird hunters got the overshield instead of titans.

1 ReplyThere is far too much unknown to either praise or dismiss anything we saw in the Theatrical Mode trailer.

I suspect it will look cooler in concept than it is in execution, but it's nice to have an exotic that does something and bit different. We might have a grapple grenade situation on our hands, though.
-
With a sufficient amount of thrust and lift even pigs can fly despite what's implied in the old expression, so why not Titans?

2 RepliesLight Saber, Titan can fly, JUST TAKE MY MONEY BUNGIE !!

They do look like cool exotics but… not worth the money. If you’ve bought edge of fate, they have your money already. If you’ve not, then continue to protest with your wallet.

Warlock exotic looks boring, but useful. As a Warlock main, I’ll wait for the DLC discount again.

Edited by ACROCANTHUS: 11/4/2025 8:28:45 PMReally frustrated at the warlock exotic. Based on the little information we have. Titans get a really cool flashy exotic, hunters get a kinda boring but very strong sounding one and warlocks get another rift exotic. When I asked for something that wasn't a buddy exotic I didn't mean the millionth rift exotic. I think it should have been something more like. "Getting strand kills replaces your grenade with a ball of strand traps that suspend targets that pass through them. Suspended targets take damage over time" Basically a strand gunpowder gamble. Then it can have a synergy with wishkeeper since I went with suspending traps.

I think they're trying something new with the hunter exotic since literally the only thing void can build into is the only other ability anyone ever complains about on them besides Athrys or just Weighted Knife in general. Titans are basically getting a potentially better version of Twilight Garrison (your wish has been granted) And warlocks are getting a strand exotic version of that one stasis aspect

4 RepliesThe hunter one looks busted. This feels like cyrtarachne all over again but worse. Pointless in pve higher level content, in pvp its either broken or downright useless and a fragment slot can fill the role. Titans should be tied to class ability but maybe the spaghetti code doesnt allow it and cant let you tie it into a shoulder charger otherwise

Warlock rift suspends now, which is cool? Kinda just seems like a worse version of the titan barricade and hunter slam though.
As a Warlock I can see this being useful, it would mean we could stand in our puddle for a moment or two longer, which is often a liability for us. Stand in the puddle, get sniped - being able to suspend with our Rift could actually be super useful. But, then again, Vesper of Radius is one of my favorite Exotics, so I'm kind of biased in this.

6 RepliesI know exactly what I'm using the new Hunter exotic for. Nightstalker or Prismatic. Vexcalibur and Sword builds with a full set of Bushido. I'm more excited than ever to see the Hunter Void changes. 😇👍💠
