Don't know if this is known by Bungie yet, so I'll post this here just in case. Unfortunately, I cannot acquire a screenshot due to software issues, but from what I've observed, the "crystal effect" that gets in the way of your view while you have a buff with the FotL ornaments on is actually a part of the ornament model's effect layer that is for some reason rotated around and offset. On the new Warlock FotL ornament set (Formal Shadow), in particular, it is the right forearm's effect layer that has this happening. This is only occurring with the Formal Shadow Gloves ornament on Warlock and no other factors affect it, though the other classes appear to have the same or similar issue. It isn't janky either. The glitched part will rotate with the forearm arm normally. The layer is just offset and rotated to a downward angle. This can be seen easily from a 3rd person view while Transcendent and holding a sword. It's almost like a dev was looking at the effect layer separate from the rest of the forearm's model and forgot to put it back in place. That's all to report. Hope that helps if the issue hasn't been figured out yet.
