yup make every activity from patrol to lost sectors to strikes to Gambit to Crucible to dungeons to raids to story to side missions to everything else I didn't mention, all should drop T# gear. Not just what's in the portal.

Edited by Zonepatrol: 11/6/2025 5:39:22 PMSimple fix. Drops at your light level. Drops including material such as enhancement cores. Tiers do not matter. Escalated difficulty should not matter. We are always starved for material to allow us to improve. Drops at 200LL or lower providing just glimmer for recycling is an insult. Same goes for Portal events Portal is not raining glimmer now but ascendant shards. It would not be an issue if we could use them.

I agree. There’s no incentive to do anything other than the portal activities. Unfortunately The portal activities are extremely repetitive and most of the loot doesn’t inspire the chase. The moment to moment gameplay feels fine, but 90% of the content itself feels irrelevant. I used to log on daily, but it’s been a couple of weeks since I’ve felt like logging on. Llama’s video is actually a realistic way to fix the execution of the portal.

Are Tier 1 and Tier 5 guns coded in the same way, or does each gun require coding it five different times (once for each Tier.) I have no idea the scale of the work required to make all guns in the game Tiered, if Bungie would have to start all the way from scratch on each of them, or if the base gun can be used as a template, y'know? This isn't meant to dunk on the idea, I'd love it if we had Tiered weapons everywhere, I'd love to see the Brave weapons from Onslaught reworked with Tiers, I just don't know the size of the job we're asking Bungie to do.

Even if it’s not tiered it should at least drop at light level gear. I can’t count the amount of times I’ve wanted to try something out but not had any infusion material for it. Let me run a basic strike and get at level gear or something!

It wouldn't amount to much if they can't give each activity unique rewards like the game had for the past 10 years. And they either can't make tiered versions of all the unique rewards that were available during the final shape or they are doing their usual drip feed.

I'm not clicking a video.. Is this person asking for a AoT update for D2? We've done told Bungie before.. the reason AoT was loved, was because the entire game was open to us.

People should be commenting and liking this post since it will bring D2 back. Also I will recommend a way to save the pain of the vault space by creating kind of a registry system in collections where you enter your best roll and the when the weapon is not more relevant for the season or episode or whatever you want to called you can deleted but knowing that it will be accessible again not like the bunch of weapons that we have in the collection with no access because they are "random rolls". The worst thing that had happen to this game (my favorite) is all the missing content. I understand it required a lot of storage space but you guys need to figured out. I always said to my friend that there is no game that will kill destiny only bungie and their actions will kill the game. Please make this game great again. I hope you will listen to us, we love this game.
