Contest of Elders is a joke

Put the starting revives higher and give us some -blam!- champions into Constest of Elders. How is it fair to have only 4 revives for the entire activity???

They still haven't fixed the time limit in that being at least 15m too short. This tells me they still haven't fixed the loot issue.
