Game chat doesn't work anymore
This has been a persistent issue for a long time now. I can't hear anyone in my Fireteam, they cannot hear me (though it shows the icon that signifies that they're currently talking). Indicator doesn't seem like my mic is picking up audio, but my PS5 mic test is fine. I've checked ps5 and d2 settings and nothing stands out. My PlayStation party chat works but not game chat. I've also tried restoring licenses. I'm not sure if maybe my account is age restricted somehow and therefore can't use game chat or what but this has been an issue for quite some time. Makes lfg raids difficult. How can I fix this?

To that point, please check out our [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049196431-Destiny-Audio-Guide]Audio Guide[/url] to ensure the in-game voice chat settings as well as your system settings are optimized for Destiny 2. If you have any parental controls set up for your system outside Destiny 2, be sure to configure those to allow the use of voice chat as well.
