Turn Matchmaking on!
I want to do the exotic quest for the Microcosm, but LFG is useless. I joined groups, but never received an invite from the fire team leaders. I tried making my own, and nobody joined. WTH am I supposed to do? I am out of options.

You could join a clan I’m in: Wolves of Winter, we’re an open clan, free to everyone; all we require is for you to communicate with the clan, and every is open for helping eachother when we need help

2 RepliesI used to be "MM for everything" but seeing how the random people I'm matched with cant even complete one of the matchmade expeditions without dying 40 times I'd say that odds of beating something that requires communication are low - at least with the current deltas and settings. Then again, I'm not against the option but it should probably come with a big disclaimer.

Matchmaking sounds like a good idea but it essentially boils down to having some sort of communication between everyone. I don't mind helping out new players the ropes but if you don't have a mic or any way of talking to anyone then I won't bother, I don't mind reading messages on Xbox or PlayStation as long as there is some kind of communication

OP: I had an issue trying to get those 3x missions done before, notably due to no one wanting to use a mic - even though it was clearly stated as being necessary to complete the mission. No shortage of joiners though all refused to use a mic or text or emote?! There has to be comms at various points to kwtd! I watched so many videos tutorials and had so many attempts, I was confident I could get it done - if only people would switch on and talk / text. It was very frustrating! 😤 Solution: Google the microcosm mission - 5-min walkthrough, go join that discord … and get it done! If you still get stuck, ping me. Good hunting! That is all.
