Revert all changes and get rid of the portal . Make destiny 2 , destiny 2 again . And then bring out destiny 3 with stasis , 90% of the game sunsetted , battlegrounds , immune phases in gambit and all then destiny 4 with prismatic , where every single strike changed into a battleground and the ones that didn't simply gets removed from the game , where everyone is running prismatic in any activity and then finally destiny 5 with the portal nonsense and the blue symbol on new gear . Then people would have a choice to play destiny 2 , 3 , 4 or 5 . Now everyone has 2 choices : Or you go back to the stone age and go play destiny 1 or you can play destiny 5 . If they would really make destiny 3 then it would be destiny 6 if anyone is still keeping track .. All they have to do is make multiple destiny games and change destiny 2 back into destiny 2 . It is not like they have to still create it . Just copy pasta whatever they removed and voilla . Streamers and their fanboys will instantly buy and play it cause that is what they do , play that what comes out . I litterally gave a million dollar idea with streamer influence so use it bungie . Not even streamers wanna play the 2025 version . They rather quit and don't have an income than play destiny 2 in 2025 and they don't even have a dayjob. Playing destiny 2 is their only income but they rather quit and try to make money by posting about other content . That is clearly a sign that the ship is sinking . I know bungie constantly changed destiny 2 to satisfy the streamers and it worked cause they all came back , bought the latest dlc and posted videos about it and so did their thousands of fanboys over and over and over for a decade but what about now ? There is no more streamer influence cause they all left to post videos about anything but destiny so what now ? When gta 6 comes out those streamers will not come back to destiny 2 , in fact no-one will . Unless they change destiny 2 back into destiny 2 cause players wanna have fun , that is why most started playing destiny 1 again to have that feeling called : FUN .
