cannot launch witch queen or lightfall campaigns ( content purchsed & install )
i have purchased and installed both the witch queen and lightfall expansions on pc using the xbox app. i can see the expansions installed, but the game does not allow me to launch either campaign. when i try to start the mission, it says the power level is too low or the mission are locked, even though i have completed all necessary prerequisites. please help me resolve this issue so i can access the content i purchased.

If the above suggestion doesn't help, then please consider sharing screenshots of the messages you describe seeing. You should be able to capture some with your platform's share feature. You can then upload them to a site like Imgur, and share the links here so we can review.
