i purchased all the add on packs and i cant use my dungeon keys
im not able to use my dungeon keys for lightfall shadowkeep witchqueen forsaken and the finalshape adds i was able to accsess them but i cant now requires me to repurchase. help please.

Only the current year's Dungeon Key is included with the active expansion. Past dungeon keys can only be purchased in-game with Silver.
