power level stuck on 200 to 304/ cannot access lightfall
hello bungie suport
i have a new account on pc using the xbox app. all my characters, including mewones, are receiving gear at power lvl 200 to 304 and i cannot increase my power, because of this, i cannot access lightfall or neomuna content.i have tried repairing the game multiple times, restaring the app, and even creating new characters, but the issue persists. i believe my account needs a power reset so that my character receive modern gear ( 1600 power ) and i can play current content.

Rather than ~2000 Power, the new system currently caps at around ~550 Power. We apologize for any outdated references to the old system/Power cap that may cause confusion. Regarding Lightfall content, can you elaborate on why you're unable to access the DLC?
