REPRO STEPS: 1. Load into tower gun range. 2. Spawn vanguard bots to be able to test multiple times in quick succession without accidental killing. 3. Apply slow or freeze to enemy. 4. Shoot enemy with Ice Breaker and observe ammo counter add +1 to ammo count. 5. Apply Freeze immediately to enemy as this lasts much longer than slow. 6. Wait at least 4 seconds before shooting enemy and watch as no ammo is added back. ACTUAL RESULT: Cooldown seems to take at least 11 seconds to complete. EXPECTED RESULT: 4 seconds. Earlier videos reviewing the weapon suggest an approximate 4 second cooldown before retrigger.
