Missing D1 character files
I played D1 on Playstation for years. I recently bought D1 on Xbox but when I booted up there are no characters and when I tried cross save it says I had no characters on my Playstation account. What can I do? Can I refund this game? I lost so much raid and strike gear from over the years and dont want to do it again.

2 RepliesHey there. There is no cross-save for Destiny 1 so there is no way to get your PSN characters on XBox. As cross-save is a Destiny 2 function, that's why it said no characters. Refunds will have to be handled by the storefront you purchased from, and be subject to their refund policies.
