The Twisting Echo Cloak for hunters has become visually bugged as of the edge of fate. Previously the cloak would show with it's hood up as normal and with the hood down if wearing a helmet that removed the hood. As of the EOF helmets that remove the hood on cloaks also completely removes the hood on this cloak but the standard version shows both the hood up and the hood down simultaneously.
