On the other hand: Yeast, weevils, birds might eat you, expensive bread disposal costs. While I think the idea of a bread bed has merit, I can definitely see some downsides. Also who is subsidizing all this bed baking? Can a seven foot long loaf of bed even be baked in 24 hours? The logistics seem problematic. I guess it would also depend on the bread. I don't think I could rest easily in sour dough. French bread? Sure, definitely! But there are also some breads that are very pointy, you'd wake up with crumbs in your craw. I dunno. Start a KickStarter, I'll chip in ten bucks; it's worth a shot!
