How come every activity I play there is a softlock now? This literally never used to happen? Or if it did, it was rare.
I'm so confused that it's even on old activities.
Activities that never used to softlock?
I've just spent the last 20 mins doing a Season of Plunder expedition, which is now just a waste of time.
Like I get regression issues can happen when adding features or refactoring already established features, but these regression issues that impact the game's playability should be the top priority.
We need to have more communication on the matter, maybe like a state of the game published, or even an in game pop up giving us a step by step plan on how you will rectify the many issues the game is facing as of late.
Just something of substance that can show that you do have a plan. And a plan that you can be held accountable for.
All I see are responses on posts from the Help account, which, yes, I do appreciate, but we really need a major overhaul in how we are handling these issues.
It just feels like you are saying: "Yeah, we're listening."
Over and over again, but not actually fixing the issues?
I'm not stupid, I do take into consideration that you may have resources being stretched thin across the Destiny and the Marathon IPs, which I understand can be troublesome, but that is no excuse to let your live service game be in the state it is in.
Please, just prioritise these softlocks; it seems like you're just letting the game slowly die with no good reason.
