Never got the Feral Hearts Eblem
I previously linked my account to Twitch, then unlinked and relinked it. After watching the stream for over 30 minutes, I still haven’t received the Feral Hearts Emblem. I also visited Bungie’s Partner Rewards page and clicked “Refresh,” but the emblem still hasn’t appeared. Is there anything else I should try, or could you help me resolve this?

Can you head to https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners and press Refresh again? If its correctly linked and claimed on Twitch, then the emblem should appear on the list. If it does then restart Destiny 2 and check collections, if it doesn't then you'll want to contact Twitch and/or retry later.
