Bonus loot at -10 power in activities
I am getting bonus loot at -10 power from both Reclaim and FOTL. I thought it was changed around a month ago to be at player level based on player feedback?

i have noticed getting several -10ish items after doing Reclaim. I think they are mostly coming from the in between sections chests that were added recently....and maybe one from end chest. However, every Reclaim run I am getting the same number of items that are good for increasing my Power. For Alters, I have noticed for me that most of what I get is at power...maybe just one item that is higher.
