Tier 5 requisitioned armor from Zavala only has 10/11 mod energy
Last Discipline Greaves obtained from Zavala does not have its full 11 armor energy available; only 10 energy of armor mods can be applied.
Also armor tuning mod cannot be seen in Zavala's acquisitions menu.
