Haunted alters still bugged after clearing stage 3

Stage won’t move on to the boss battle even though everything is cleared. Dying doesn’t fix it either. 4 out of six runs last night and still going on today. Zero rewards is terrible.

we just cleared stage 3, but the buffs didn't spawn so we couldn't kill the ogres.
