I used to play Destiny 1 on Xbox, and have made a Bungie account through my xbox. After a few years I switched to PS4, and somehow made a new Bungie account. I have a lot of data on that Bungie account, as I played many many hours of Destiny 2 on there and redeemed a lot of codes.
Now, I don't have a Playstation anymore but I want to continue playing D2 on my Xbox through Cross Save. However, as my Xbox is already linked to an old Bungie account, I can't link it to my newer Bungie account, wich has the D2 data.
How can I fix this, so I can continue playing with my characters, that I made on Playstation, on my Xbox?
I don't have any D2 data on my Xbox, so wouldn't mind if the old account is unlinked.
I do have access to both accounts, as I post this from my old account, and will comment with my new account.

3 RepliesPlatform accounts cannot be unlinked after March 25th, and Cross Save only applies to Destiny 2 data. There are no workarounds.

Hey there, as mentioned by ishikusui, a policy change earlier this year has made is so that platform accounts can no longer be unlinked from their Bungie Account. That's an issue here because your XBox account has its old Bungie Account from your Destiny days, while the PSN account also has a Bungie Account. To want to link the XBox and PSN accounts together, that would involve unlinking one of them from its Bungie Account - which is no longer possible. So unfortunately, this particular XBox account can't be used.

This is the account I want to continue with on Xbox, as it has all my D2 data from PS4.
