BUG: On Your Mark not refreshing off precision hits at 10 stacks
Only way to keep up 10 stacks is to dodge or get a precision kill. This feels extremely awkward and unintentional, especially with such a low timer.
(Also please reduce the cooldown between stack gains, I shouldn't need to dump 4 mags into an enemy's head to get to max stacks for cure, makes it feel like it does nothing in environments with low enemy counts and underpowered compared to things like devour and banner of war)
