somehow i was under the same impression that they were removing it. (volatile shield tradeoff). could have swore i read it somewhere. but i went back through all the TWID and updates posts since Ash & Iron dropped and cannot see anything about Volatile shields. i did see that they removed Oscillation, Hypercritical, Grappler, and Match Game from matchmaking. i don't mind the volatile shield as bad anymore. but i definitely won't farm anything with it on. i'll run the activity once to get the focus weapon/bonus engrams and then i'm done. if it's like it was the other day where all three Reclaim activities had it on... i just ran the one with the focus weapon, and then quit playing until the next daily reset.
